Authenticity

I am a great fan of the people at web effectiveness experts Bowen Craggs, and really look forward to their articles which, amongst other things, describe the good, bad and the indifferent web activities of notable companies. A recent newsletter of theirs was about athenticity and honesty in marketing, and how plain speaking and truthfulness on corporate websites can help generate trust and credibility. By the way, their articles are plain english and easy to digest.
